The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We recommend arriving to the Daniel M. Cain Chapel at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for extra time to park and find a seat.
Yes! We will be providing car service transportation to each of the hotels that have a room block, as well as Airbnb/Vrbo rentals within a close distance! The car service transportation will be scheduled in advance. To help us plan accordingly, please e-mail billyanna2025@gmail.com to request a ride by August 1st, 2025. We will give your information to the car service company who will plan the most efficient route to and from our wedding! Uber and other ride share options are hard to come by in the area, so we ask that you take advantage of this offering.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! To help set the tone for our big day, we are requesting elevated cocktail attire. Ladies, a tea-length or midi-length dress is perfect and for gentlemen, a sport coat with tie or a suit and jacket would be preferable. If you would like to wear a formal dress or tux- we would love that too! Ladies, please be advised that there are areas of brick and stone for walkways, as well as turf outdoors when selecting shoes.
If you received a plus one, it will kindly say so on your invitation and will say so when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would like to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.
We love your little ones! However, we’ve decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We’d be thrilled to have your children join us at the farm on Sunday for the Farewell Brunch, so we can celebrate together then! Please e-mail us at BillyAnna2025@gmail.com to let us know how many we can add to your party for brunch on Sunday!
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email us at BillyAnna2025@gmail.com
