FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly recommend arriving at the Daniel M. Cain Chapel at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and getting seated comfortably. Parking areas will be clearly marked for your convenience.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be providing complimentary car service transportation from each of the hotels with room blocks, as well as from nearby Airbnb/Vrbo rentals. To help us plan ahead, we kindly ask that you email billyanna2025@gmail.com by August 1st, 2025 if you’d like to use the car service. In your email, kindly provide the addresses where your guests will need to be picked up, the number of guests in your party and your desired time of arrival for the ceremony. Watson Livery will use your information to create the most efficient route to and from our wedding. We’ve already covered the cost of the service, including gratuity, and hope you’ll take advantage of it! Ride share options like Uber and Lyft can be limited in the area, so this will likely be the easiest option.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! To help set the tone for our big day, we’re requesting elevated cocktail attire. For the ladies, a tea-length or midi dress is ideal. For the gentlemen, a sport coat with a tie or a full suit and jacket is preferred. If you’d like to go all-out in a formal dress or tux — we’d love that too! Please note: there are areas with brick, stone walkways, and turf outdoors, so we suggest keeping that in mind when choosing your shoes. For those joining us at the Farewell Brunch on Sunday: You’ll be on a farm, so we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes for comfort!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, it will kindly say so on your invitation and will say so when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would like to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we’ve decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We’d be thrilled to have your children join us at the farm on Sunday for the Farewell Brunch, so we can celebrate together then! Please e-mail us at BillyAnna2025@gmail.com to let us know how many children and caretakers we can add to your party for brunch on Sunday!
