FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kimberly Nunn and Avery Hunt
Dress code can be tricky, so feel free to use the picture above as a guide.
Question

What is the address?

Answer

Once you receive your formal invitation in the mail it will list the address. We do not want to display a private residence address online for privacy reasons.

Question

Can I have a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space not everyone will be granted a plus one. If you are allowed a guest it will be addressed like so, {Your Name} & Guest.

Question

How to RSVP?

Answer

Once you receive an invitation you may respond by using the QR code provided.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We are doing an unplugged ceremony so we politely ask that all phones are on silent and put away. We don't want you to stress about taking pictures or videos on our special day. We have a wonderful team that has it covered. Sit back, relax, and enjoy our special day with us! Once the ceremony is over we would love to take pictures at the reception!

Question

Is there a pumping room available?

Answer

Yes, should you need to pump for your baby there will be a designated room to do so. Leslie Meyers our wedding planner will be able to show you the way!

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by the appointed date you will be marked as not attending. While you will be missed, it is important that we have the exact guest count due to our limited space and vendor timelines.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you cannot make it, please notify Kimberly or Avery soon as you are aware. Thank you!

Question

What time is the wedding?

Answer

6:30 PM, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to have a smoother seating process to ensure the ceremony starts on time.

Question

Are there any colors to avoid?

Answer

Yes, please refrain from wearing any shade of white and red.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, but please drink responsibly and make transportation arrangements if necessary.

Question

What does "Black-Tie Encouraged" mean?

Answer

You have the option to wear your most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress. Generally, a black tie encouraged dress code means that the wedding party will be dressed in black tie. It is courteous to reflect the same level of formality in their attire.
