Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will take place outdoors on a grass field, and we want you to be comfortable! We suggest sundresses and sandals or button-down shirts and pants. Please, no jeans. September in Montana can be variable, so we suggest bringing a jacket for the evening.

No, please note that this is an adult-only event, thank you!

When should I book my flight to Missoula?

Answer

In terms of flights, the best airport to fly into would be Missoula, but there are airports outside of Glacier National Park (Glacier Park International Airport) and Bozeman, both about a 2-3 hour drive away. We would recommend booking tickets about 3 months out, and checking flight tracker apps like Google Flights and Hopper for the best deals.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you are in town just for the weekend, we recommend a hotel in Missoula on North Reserve Street- it is closer to the venue and the airport. If you are staying longer, we recommend looking into Airbnb's and hotels in Missoula, especially in the downtown area. We are not doing block rooms at a hotel, but are happy to provide further recommendations!

Can I bring a date?

To keep our wedding intimate, we are only celebrating with our closest loved ones. Thank you for only bringing the guests listed on your invitation!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The venue is all outside!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue about 30-45 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4:30PM to allow time for parking, shuttle, and seating.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will be having pizza, salad, and sides- please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the bottom of the hill of the venue, but hayrides will be provided! We ask that no one park right outside the venue, but can be dropped off if needed.

Will alcohol be served at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Following the ceremony, we will be hosting a cocktail hour with a selection of wine, beer, and signature cocktails. Nonalcoholic options will also be provided.
