3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
We'll be meeting at the Lost Dutchman State Park at the Cholla Ramada. More details/directions to come. We'll be gathering to do our vow reading together in front of our family followed by family photographs. This will be outdoors for sunset, so we recommend comfortable shoes for a bit of light walking and about 30 minutes of standing. It'll be sunset so if you want color recommendations, whatever you think you would look great in at golden hour in a desert but please avoid wearing all white, as these are bridal colors. Bathrooms are available but are fairly rustic and public. There's less than 5 minutes of walking on a dirt trail to the site. We'll have about 15 minutes for vow reading followed by no more than an hour of family photos (there's shaded seating available in the ramada next to the site) after which the crew can leave for the restaurant while the couple will stay behind for some more couple photos. We'll be joining you at the restaurant at 6pm.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Wear whatever you'll be most comfortable in for dinner, it can be the same from the vow reading + family photos. Our photographer will be joining for the first part of dinner for more photos. The reception is outdoors under a gazebo so you may want a light sweater though heaters are available. The restaurant will be booked from 6-10pm. We'll have passed hors d'oeuvres and drinks from 6-7pm, followed by a seated dinner at 7pm. We'll be in touch about meal preferences in the following weeks - all allergies can and will be accommodated. If necesssary, Ubers are available and cars can be left in the adjoining parking lot. Entrance to our private space can be accessed directly from the parking lot.

Come join us on a mini-adventure to Page, Arizona! We're planning to leave the morning of Friday, 29 November to drive up to Page for one night. On the drive up (5 hour drive from Gilbert), we'll be stopping at Montezuma Castle for a quick rest break, followed by Sedona for lunch. We plan to be in Page by afternoon/early evening - if we're lucky, we can head to Horseshoe Bend for sunset and a bit of stargazing, followed by casual dinner in Page. Saturday morning, we'll be doing a tour of Upper Antelope Canyon (a mostly flat tour, about 90 minutes, with some stairs/ramps at the end of the tour to exit the canyon). Here's a video of canyon exit after the 1 minute mark: https://youtu.be/Z7fJN-vgPyg After the Canyon, if we didn't already see Horseshoe Bend the day before, we'll pass by to check out the views on our way back. We plan to stop in Flagstaff for lunch, driving a bit along the famed Route 66. We hope to be back by dinner. Hotel and tour booking details to follow.
