Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa

We have provided a link below (click on the view tab) to book hotel rooms at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa where we will be hosting our wedding. We have a room block set aside through Classic Vacations, which offers the lowest room rates for the first 39 rooms. With this being said, please book your room as soon as possible to ensure you receive the best rate. The website invitation code is "Mexico". The room block has rooms set aside from Thursday, October 8th to Monday, October 12th. If you would like to spend more time with us before and/or after the wedding (which we would love), please contact our travel agent, Chad Simpson, to coordinate additional nights!

Flight

Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR)

Many airlines offer flights from Reno, Nevada, to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, that are all great! We typically fly American Airlines with a layover stop in Phoenix, Arizona! You will be asked to fill out forms on the plane before you land or upon arrival into Mexico. You will need to put Fiesta Americana as the resort you are staying at, Puerto Vallarta as the city, and Jalisco as the state, along with your flight number and passport information. Once you have made it through customs and have bypassed all of the timeshare people (just keep your head down and keep walking), you can walk outside and find a taxi or pre-book transportation to the resort. We have used Vallarta Transfers and Incentives previously, and they are great! Classic Vacations also offers transportation booking through Tropical Elite Travel when booking your hotel room.

If you are looking to take some extra spending/tipping money, we recommend exchanging it through your preferred bank a few weeks in advance. You will get a better exchange rate this way.
