When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you please RSVP by March 13, 2027, so we can finalize everything with our vendors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal attire. Ladies, please wear floor-length gowns. Men, think suits, tuxes, or a dress shirt and tie.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, only guests who were specifically given a plus one on their invitation are able to bring a date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration, with only a very small number of children included who are specifically named on the invitation. Thanks so much for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive by 3:30 PM so everyone has time to get settled before the ceremony begins.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle transportation will be available between the designated hotels and the ceremony/reception. We highly recommend using the shuttle for the easiest and most seamless way to get to and from the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the bottom near the zipline area. Please note that guests are not allowed to drive up to the ceremony or reception site, and vehicles cannot be left overnight. We strongly recommend taking the shuttle for the easiest and most seamless experience getting to and from the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying at The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center (information to come), or Parkside Resort - Accommodations by Parkside, as these are our preferred shuttle pickup locations. The shuttle can also pick up from other nearby accommodations, but please note this may result in a longer route and could delay arrival to the venue. If you choose to stay at a location not included in our shuttle pickup list, transportation to the venue will be on your own.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! If you have a food allergy, please let us know so we can make sure you’re taken care of.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be hosting a welcome party May 21st at the River Place venue from 6:30–9:00 PM. We’d love for you to join us!
