The RSVP deadline will be included on your formal invitation. We kindly ask that you respond by the date provided so we can finalize our headcount and details with our vendors.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Ringling Mansion College Hall New College of Florida 5800 Bay Shore Road, Sarasota, FL 34243 Additional details and exact times will be shared in the formal invitation.
Dress Code: Black Tie Formal To complement the beautiful Spring setting and the tone of our celebration, we request jewel toned Black Tie Formal attire. Women: Elegant, floor-length evening gowns are encouraged. Formal dresses or refined jumpsuits are acceptable if styled for evening wear. Please refrain from wearing white or cream colored dresses. Our bridal party will be in blues and greens. Men: A tuxedo with a bow tie is traditional for this occasion. A formal suit with a tie is welcome should a tuxedo be unavailable. General Guidance: Please choose attire inspired by a formal evening gala, think refined, classic, and sophisticated.
We love your little ones, however, we are hosting an adults-only celebration unless in wedding party with invitees explicitly stated in your formal invitation. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out.
We kindly ask that guests only bring a plus-one if one has been specifically included on their formal invitation. Due to venue capacity and our desire to celebrate with our closest family and friends, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will appear on the envelope or inner card.
Please plan to arrive at 4:00 PM to allow time for enjoyment of welcome entertainment, parking, and seating.
Yes, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please silence and put away all phones and cameras during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Photos are encouraged during the reception.
The celebration will take place outdoors, weather permitting. We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast and choosing footwear and attire accordingly.
