San Francisco Museum of Modern Art
i watched a 64 minute movie in here one time that was a bunch of musicians in various rooms of a house and each musician was playing their own instrument and you could walk around the exhibit and hear the various parts up close, so the whole exhibit sorta replicated the experience of hearing the symphony coming out of the house. i used to come to moma a lot by myself and drink a coffee and walk around. that was 2018. in 2023 i took grace to moma and they had brought the movie back so then i got to watch it with her :) anyway maybe it's still there, you should go check.

Imperial Tea Court
used to go here with mom periodically. they have tea that flowers over the course of the steep. cute spot, bonus is it's in the ferry building, for which i have a real soft spot.
