The Night Before

For those arriving the night before, we'll be meeting up at Phelps Creek Winery for a snack & drinks while enjoying some live music from 5-7pm. Dinner will be on your own before or after, so just come hang for a bit if you can!

Shuttle
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
A shuttle will be available to pick up + drop off guests from the Holliday Inn & Sunset Motel in Hood River to and from the venue, about 15 minutes away. Please note - there is limited public transportation in Hood River, and overnight parking at the venue is not allowed.
Ceremony

Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Drink, mingle, we're married!!!
Dinner + Toasts
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Buffet style, with option of: Dry rubbed tri-tip angus steak or Grilled chicken with a mustard vinaigrette + Grilled corn on the cob or potatoes Grilled garlic bread Salad (mixed greens, balsamic, red onion, blue cheese, dried cranberries and candied pecans) Grilled seasonal veggies

8:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Lay it all out there. Recoup with some dessert.

Thank you for celebrating with us - please get home safe! Shuttle services will be available from 8:30pm-11pm back to Hood River.
