The Night Before

For those arriving the night before, we'll be meeting up informally to rehearse and grab a bite and drink together. :) We are planning to meet at the food truck court behind Ferment Brewery (N 2nd St. & Anchor Way). We'll send out more info as we get closer to the date!
Friday, August 22, 2025
Shuttle
3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will be available to pick up + drop off guests from the Holiday Inn in Hood River to and from the venue, about 15 minutes away. Please RSVP if you'd like to use the shuttle service, and we'll save you a seat!
Ceremony

Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Drink, mingle, we're married!!!
Dinner + Toasts

Buffet style, with option of: Dry rubbed tri-tip angus steak or Grilled chicken with a mustard vinaigrette + Grilled corn on the cob or potatoes Grilled garlic bread Salad (mixed greens, balsamic, red onion, blue cheese, dried cranberries and candied pecans) Grilled seasonal veggies

7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Lay it all out there. Recoup with some dessert.

Thank you for celebrating with us - please get home safe! Shuttle services will be available from 8:30pm-11pm back to Hood River (see shuttle info up top!)
