Maid of Honor
When Chrissy was born, I was way more excited about the 'Congrats! You're a big sister, again' presents our parents gave me than I was her. Even though there is a seven year age gap between us, you'd never know. Chrissy is the most amazing sister you could ever ask for. She's my mini me (just with red hair) and I love it.
Bridesmaid
Katie instantly felt like another sister from the day we officially met. I feel so lucky to be considered her big sister since she grew up with only brothers. It has been so fun watching Katie grow up over the past 7 years. Katie is one of the most amazing people I have ever known. She’s the best doggie Aunt to our dog. I’m so lucky that I get to have another sister in my life!
Bridesmaid
Courtney and I met when I moved to Grand Rapids and started working at lululemon. She quickly became my go-to person at work because she knew everything; literally. We became inseparable (we were seriously attached at the hip). I always say she is the love of my life. My life has been much more spontaneous and fun since we met. I miss spending every single day with her (she moved back home to Florida) but our daily phone calls that last hours make up for not being together. If you know Court, consider yourself lucky. She's the best.
Bridesmaid
Esther + I met our Freshman year of college having a few classes together. We would spend every second together when we weren't in class or working. I was lucky enough to watch her fall in love with her husband and stand next to her during her wedding. Esther is the hardest working person I know. She lights up every room she walks into. I feel so fortunate to have met one of my forever best friends in college.
Bridesmaid
Chloe and I met when I moved to Grand Rapids and started working at the lululemon there. I think we really started to become friends when she almost closed me in a bay at work (if you've ever worked in retail, then you know). Chloe has the biggest heart, and the best style. There is never a dull moment when we're together (especially with a few bottles of wine). She's my favorite workout buddy, forever friend, and work wifey!!
Bridesmaid
Kenz + I met working at lululemon in Syracuse. We instantly bonded while working with each other and began spending every single day together. A lot of memories between us have been created around food and a few drinks. Kenz is the life of the party. She has the most contagious laugh and warmest smile. I can't wait to tear it up on the dance floor with this crazy girl!
Bridesmaid
Liv + I met working at lululemon in Syracuse. I remember interviewing alongside her for the job (so there was a little tension right off the bat). As soon as we began working together, we both knew we were forever friends. Liv is the most compassionate + loving individual I have ever met in my life. Every Monday morning I receive a text from her wishing me a good week. Liv, I love you forever!
Bridesmaid
Kaylee + I met because her and her husband have been friends with Austin since they were little. Before I moved to Michigan, I always looked forward to seeing Kaylee when I was in town. I was lucky enough to stand next to her when she got married a few years ago, and now she'll be next to me! Kaylee has the most beautiful personality + biggest heart. I can't wait to go through life with you!
Best Man
Alex and I shared a bunk bed until we were in college. It was like Step Brothers, but we were actual brothers. And our bunk bed was a real bunk bed, not something we duct taped together. And I didn't touch his drum set. Put all of that together and I couldn't have asked for a better brother and better best man.
Groomsman
Matt and I aren't step brothers. And we didn't share a bunk until we were in college.
Groomsman
Trent and I met back in our junior hockey days. We lived at the top of hill at Delta Delta Paben, the only fraternity at Cazenovia College. From the days of Traustin Brazinga, who attended many colleges on NCAA 14, to the torcher Tuesdays and the #StampBrotherhood, Trent has been a great friend and will always be one of my best friends.
Groomsman
Ethan and I met our freshman year at Calvin and proceeded to live the across the hall at good ole Sylvan. I like to think we're good friends, he may tell you otherwise. Ethan and I just got along from the moment we met, but I couldn't really tell you why. Seems like no matter what we did, we always found a way to have fun doing it.
Groomsman
College roommate who doesn't do his dishes...watch out ladies
Groomsman
One of my childhood friends, Mason and I met in Elementary school and formed a bond in high school that also included Josiah. From Friday night football games, to running laps at baseball for wearing shorts, to suiting up next to each other for hockey. Seems like whatever we do, whether it gets us in trouble or not, we are always doing it together. I was standing next to Mason for his wedding, and Mason was there when I proposed to Allie, I couldn't be happier to have him next to me in September.
Groomsman
Josiah and I met elementary school, similar to Mason and I. We played hockey together and ran laps at baseball for wearing shorts to practice. We knew we were breaking the rules, but at the time we didn't really seem to care. Josiah, Mason and I also seemed to do everything together, whether it would get us in trouble or not. We are best friends who will always be best friends. I'm happy to have Josiah to stand by me in September.
Groomsman
Cody and I met when I lived in Canada for a few years. We worked construction together and have been great friends since. He was also a ref in the league I played, so it was always fun having him part of our games. Cody is now my go to guy for construction questions, so if you have any, feel free to ask...I'm sure he won't mind...
