What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. Clément will be on site to welcome you starting at 3:00 PM. As September is still a busy season in Old Port of Montreal and parking can be limited, we recommend arriving a little earlier to ensure you don’t miss the ceremony 😊

Is there parking at the hotel?

Answer

Hotel William Gray offers on-site parking (limited availability) for $29 for the evening or $59 per night. There are also several nearby parking options within walking distance of the hotel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal or formal (as you wish!). We’d love for you to dress up and feel your best with us. For gentlemen, a suit or dressy separates are perfect. For ladies, cocktail dresses or formal evening wear are welcome.

Is there a color palette to follow?

Answer

We will be using a soft garden pastel color palette for our flowers and wedding décor. If you’d like, you’re welcome to use it as inspiration when choosing your outfit, but it is absolutely not required. Our only wish is that you wear something you feel comfortable and confident in while celebrating with us! 💚🧡💛💜

I have a food allergy or special diet. Can I make a request?

Answer

Of course! You can mention it in your RSVP when you confirm your attendance and select your meal. We’ll make sure to inform the hotel and accommodate your allergies or dietary needs. 😋

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, plus-ones are welcome! Just make sure to include them in your RSVP by the deadline. Or you can let us know and we will send you a new link for the RSVP. After that, our guest list will be locked, so we won’t be able to add anyone last minute. Thanks for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you! 💛
