Please arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes prior to The Ceremony. This should allow you ample time to find suitable parking near the venue and desired seating. Please note that once The Ceremony starts NO ENTRY will be allowed.
There will be an announcement that The Ceremony is UNPLUGGED. Officiant / Bride and Groom will allow a 30 second photo opportunity once Bride reaches the altar. This will also be announced.
Please refrain from wearing colorful sneakers, graphic tees, white, cream and or champagne (or variations of listed attire) and also refrain from baseball hats aka "fitted hats".
Yes, but due to space restrictions, The Reception will be INVITE ONLY. Those who are invited to The Reception will have the location and directions provided to them in their formal invitation.
Yes, cards and gifts will be accepted at The Cocktail Hour, via Hostesses.
Yes and No. We do recognize that some of you will be traveling with children. At The Ceremony we gladly welcome them. As for The Reception, as much as we love the babies, there will be alcohol served at The Reception (only children in The Wedding Party will be in attendance, for a brief time.) There will be a brief intermission following The Ceremony for you to tend to your arrangements. We appreciate your understanding, and hope you take this as an opportunity for a nite off.
Yes, fortunately the parking lot has ample parking in the front and rear of the building. Also, security will be on the premises.
As much as we would like to accommodate every single request, we simply cannot. Due to space restrictions, we will not be providing "blank plus ones". Those who are granted a plus one will receive a formal invitation. Also, it MUST BE selected once you RSVP.
At The Reception, food will be served Buffet Style. There will be a dessert table, please choose accordingly.
Keep in mind Alan and I live in Michigan. In April the weather tends to be on the cooler side. We advise you bring a light jacket and or trench coat, Michigan weather can be tricky in April.
