They first crossed paths back in January 2015 when they were both just 18 years old. Fast forward to their wedding day, and they’ll have been together for over a decade. They started their adventure in KwaZulu-Natal and cruised along the coast, eventually reaching Cape Town. It was there, on the breathtaking Table Mountain, that Hugo surprised Tanya with a proposal, getting down on one knee and asking her to be his forever. Naturally, she said yes! This was their first trip together to the ocean and it became clear just how much they both cherished the sea. Inspired by their shared experiences, Hugo made a heartfelt commitment to make the wedding Tanya had always envisioned a possibility. They dreamed of an intimate ceremony set against the backdrop of the ocean, where they could celebrate their love amidst the enchanting embrace of the waves.
