We met the way many modern love stories begin… on Hinge. What started as a simple match quickly turned into endless conversations filled with long messages. Our first date was at a cozy pizza café. Not wanting the evening to end, we walked to a nearby candy store to fill a bag with some sweet treats. We sat on a bench outside of the candy store and talked for hours. Falling in love came easy. Life together was full of excitement in the simplest ways — making dinners, going to the movies, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, and traveling. We quickly realized our favorite thing was simply doing life together. Time flew by, and before we knew it, our one-year anniversary was approaching. Parker proposed in the exact spot where we had our first date — outside of the candy store where it all began. It was the easiest “yes” ever.
