Everything you need to know about traveling to our cruise-ship wedding, including flights, driving, hotels, and embarkation details. IMPORTANT: This is a cruise ship wedding on embarkation day. Guests must arrive at the port early and on time. Late arrivals will not be permitted to board.

Flights

Most guests will be traveling into the area for the wedding. We recommend flying into: Long Beach (LGB) Los Angeles International (LAX) John Wayne (SNA) To allow for travel delays and a smooth embarkation day, we suggest arriving at least one day early.

Transportation

Guests may choose to drive or use ride-share services to reach the cruise terminal. Our wedding will take place on embarkation day aboard a Carnival Cruise ship departing from Long Beach, CA. Please plan to arrive early and on time, as late arrivals will not be permitted to board. Port of Long Beach – Carnival Cruise Terminal 231 Windsor Way Long Beach, CA 90802 Additional embarkation and boarding details will be shared closer to the wedding date.

All guests must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to board the ship. We recommend reviewing Carnival Cruise Line’s boarding requirements in advance.

Parking is available at or near the cruise terminal for a daily fee. Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) and drop-offs are also convenient options.

Additional Information

Guests planning to sail with us will need to book the cruise separately through Carnival Cruise Line. Booking details will be provided in our FAQ section. You do not need to book the cruise to attend the wedding ceremony. Guests attending only the ceremony and reception will disembark following its conclusion.
