Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our welcome drinks + wedding day be an adults-only celebration.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Upon receipt of the formal invitation, we ask that guests kindly RSVP by March 15, 2026.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space limitations with our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your formal invitation. Thank you for understanding — we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be a no phone's event but you are welcome to take pictures during the cocktail hour and reception.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Pending weather, the ceremony + cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors.

Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?

Answer

Yes, there will be trolley that will pick up and return guests to and from the Residence Inn + Viking Hotel. The shuttle schedule will be updated in the coming months and may be found in the Travel section.

Can I drive myself to the wedding?

Yes, there is a big lot to park at the venue.

Please reach out to Nicole or Kyle with any questions in advance of the wedding. During the wedding events (May14-15) confirmed guests will receive contact information for our wedding planner, Emma, she is amazing and happy to help!

Please let us know of any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP for the wedding and select your meal preferences accordingly.
