Booking Tips
Sharing a Room: Save money by sharing cabins with friends or family—many cabins sleep 3–4 people. Drink Packages: The ship offers complimentary water, fruit juice, and tea. If you decide to get a drink package, each person in the cabin must purchase an individual package. Internet Packages: We recommend the Browse & Stream package, as other internet options have limited features. Internet packages are purchased per device. If multiple people are sharing a cabin, it may be cheaper for one person to purchase the package for multiple devices rather than each person buying separately. Promotions & Deals: Look out for offers like Kids Sail Free or reduced deposits, and book early to secure the best options. Travel Insurance: Consider travel insurance for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and 24/7 assistance—helping make your cruise worry-free. Gratuities: Aren't added at booking; call to add and prepay or they'll be charged on the ship.
Booking Deadline & Payments
To be included in our wedding activities, all cruise bookings must be made by July 2026. Deposit & Payment Info: A set deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid in increments, big or small, but all payments must be made over the phone with MSC Cruises at 1 (877) 665-4655. The final payment is due by January 1st 2026, and the entire remaining balance must be paid in full by that date.

Once you have booked your cruise, please email us with the following information. Phone number This helps us coordinate everyone for our wedding events and ensure a smooth experience onboard.
