Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

March 3rd is our RSVP deadline, you can RSVP on our website!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes early to park and find a seat! If you choose to drive Route 66, be sure to allot for construction delays that begin in Arcadia, go through Luther, and end in Wellston. You can avoid this by taking the turnpike!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we can only accommodate children of immediate family. Their name will appear below yours on the RSVP. We hope you understand and can enjoy a well-deserved night out to celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP on our website.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress your best in cocktail attire! A balance between formal & casual. It’s an occasion to dress up, but a formal gown isn’t necessary. Think cocktail dresses or dressy separates for women. For men, a suit and tie or nice jeans and a button up/polo. Any color, including black. Our ceremony will be in grass and the parking is in a graveled area, so please wear appropriate shoes!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large gravel parking area with a parking attendant!

Question

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We'll be catering the Butcher BBQ Stand for dinner! Brisket, ribs, and chicken with salad and sides.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please email our planner, Katlynn, at katlynn@foreverblushing.com with your dietary needs!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our wish is for everyone to be fully present during our ceremony (no phones and no cameras). We promise to share our photos from the professionals we've hired just as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! Please use our hashtag #tohuffandtohold

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

With construction on Route 66 please plan for a delay if you choose to take that route. The best route to take to avoid the construction delays is by using the turnpike. Take the Luther exit (146) and then travel North on Hogback Road. You'll drive through "downtown" Luther and come to a stop sign that is alongside railroad tracks. Turn left onto Luther road. This brings you to Route 66 (sonic is on the right). Go straight. Esperanza Ranch is 3 miles from Route 66 & is on the right side of the road.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
