Landon learned about Savannah through their mutual friends (shout out to Ben and Chloe!) but the two had never met because Landon’s career made it difficult for him to come to Tennessee. He had liked Savannah for some time, but the feeling wasn’t mutual because Savannah thought he would be the stereotypical military man. When Landon reached out to Savannah for the first time he said, “So when’s the wedding?”, and when the two finally met Savannah quickly learned that Landon was not like other military men at all. They quickly fell for each other and became an official couple in April 2023. And although long distance has been difficult it has all been worth it.
