And they were roommates.... Good thing they were! Maddie and Hannah met their final year at Kent State University (Kudos to Shar). Before the start of their senior year, Maddie created a KSU Facebook roommate post looking for potential roommates. Hannah's mom, Shar saw the post and shared it with Hannah. After chatting back and forth and meeting at a coffee shop, Maddie and Hannah decided on becoming roommates. As the year progressed, their friendship grew too. From filming TikTok videos (ranging from cringy to wholesome), decompressing after long days of student-teaching, Sharing Chipotle dinners, enjoying a girls night out every once in a while, and all the laughs in between. From the moment their friendship began, Hannah has been a constant source of love, laughter, and support for Maddie. It's only fitting that she'll be standing by her side on her special day.

Friends since the days of awkward school photos and even more awkward phases... Kelsey became friends with Maddie early in high school. They were on the same softball teams and in similar friend orbits. The more they hung out together, the more memories they shared, and the more their friendship grew. From Friday night football games, cheering on each other at softball games, pool days, sleepovers, bonfire nights, memories made at Kent, and all the special moments since. Kelsey has been such an amazing support, a source of laughter, and has been there every step of the way in Maddie's life. Maddie cannot imagine her special day without Kelsey by her side. Cheers to a lifetime of friendship and more to come!

Friends before adulting was even a thing... Lauren and Maddie became friends during the early years of high school too. While they were in different grades, they shared many days together - through softball (acting as the best winter-ball throwing partner) and after-school rec sessions. As time went on, their friendship evolved. From getting Handels more times than we can count, sleepovers, Cleveland Guardians Baseball games, Sky Zone nights, pool days, and more, their friendship was founded on goofiness, love, and supporting one another through thick and thin. Lauren has been there every step of the way, and Maddie couldn't imagine beginning this new chapter without her by her side.

A degree wasn't the only thing they graduated with... Sarah and Maddie became friends during their freshmen year at Kent State. Maddie's roommate, knew Sarah from high school, so they would hang out occasionally together. Over time, Maddie and Sarah's friendship grew stronger. From Super Mario Kart nights in their dorm, hikes at CVNP, collecting "free real estate" (it's not our fault the architecture students got free pizza every so often...don't worry, Sarah was in the architecture program : ), enjoying Annie's Mac n Cheese at 11:00 PM on their dorm's floor, morning runs, chaotic evenings at Lake Erie (Sarah has permanently gotten her key privileges revoked by bodies of water), and all the fun in between. Their friendship was founded on adventure, joy, and being unapologetically themselves. Their friendship was founded on adventure, joy, and being unapologetically themselves. Through every adventure and every chapter, Sarah has been one of Maddie's biggest supporters, and she's so grateful to have her standing by her side on her wedding day.
