FAQs

Question

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

RSVPs are due by March 6, 2026. We appreciate your timely response, as it helps us finalize important details with our wedding vendors. If you find yourself running behind, don't worry—we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Question

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

The only guests invited to our wedding will be those specifically listed on your RSVP card. If you are granted a plus one, this will be clearly indicated on your formal invitation.

Question

Are children invited to the ceremony or reception?

Answer

To create a joyful and sophisticated atmosphere, we have decided to host an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that children not attend our wedding ceremony or reception.

Question

Is there a dress code for this wedding?

Answer

Cocktail attire/semi-formal is preferred. Examples: dress shirt and jacket for men (tie optional), dresses/dress suits/jumpsuits for women. We kindly request no jeans or shorts. Wedding colors are sage green, white, and lilac. Let's get dressed up!

Question

Location and Venue

Answer

Our plan is to have our ceremony outdoors on The Sixpence's Patio (ladies-no grass so get those heels out!). In the event where this is not weather permitting, the ceremony will be set up indoors. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at The Sixpence in Whitestown, IN. There is plenty of parking, as well as the ability to drop off someone at the door if needed.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts promptly at 4:30PM and we ask that all guests be seated by 4:15PM at the latest so please plan transportation accordingly!

Question

Transportation

Answer

We recommend Uber or Lyft after the wedding reception concludes. The venue recommends scheduling these ahead of time. Cars can be left at the venue, but must be picked up by 9am the following morning.
