Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation does not specify that you have been given a plus one, we ask that you do not bring a date. We can only accommodate for those we have accounted for, thank you for understanding.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

While we appreciate your enthusiasm to help capture our moment, please leave it to the professionals! We are asking everyone to 'unplug' during the ceremony by putting their phones away.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are at the same location so there is no need to move your car once you have arrived.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Cheekwood is a large property and you will need to allow yourself at least 10-15 minutes to walk from the parking area to the ceremony location.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to dress in a way that you are comfortable! Keep in mind, however, the ceremony will be held outside rain or shine. There will also be walking required both up and downhill - please consider this when choosing your footwear.

Are kids welcome?

If we have indicated on your invitation that your child is welcome, please bring them!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation; however, if you would prefer not to drive, Uber is available to and from the ceremony/reception location.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to our 'Travel' page for two hotel options with reserved room blocks.

What kind of food will be served, if any?

Answer

There will be multiple food stations throughout the venue where guests can craft the type of meal they would like to have. A brief overview includes sliders, vegetarian choices, soup shooters, empanadas, and a late night snack!
