We kindly ask our guests to arrive a little early for the ceremony. Due to the layout of our venue, all guests must be seated between 3:45 PM–4:25 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and access to the ceremony space will be temporarily closed at that time. We completely understand that it’s a weekday, so if you’re unable to make it by then, please still join us afterward—we’d love to celebrate with you at the reception!
Please RSVP by 12/30/2025. If you are needing to bring any additional guest(s), please send us a message at 210-275-5240 or 210-528-8552. If your response to the invitation has not been received by 12/30/2025, it will be marked as “declined”.
We kindly request formal attire for our wedding. For gentlemen, a dark suit and tie or a tuxedo is appropriate. For ladies, long gowns, dressy jumpsuits/sets, and formal cocktail dresses. To complement the season and the dreamy atmosphere of the day, we would love for our guests to wear soft, neutral, or muted tones. Examples are black, tan, brown, rose, blush, burgundy, champagne, navy, gray, and dark green.
We love your little ones, but please note that our wedding may not be suitable for children between ages 3-10 due to the nature of the venue and the flow of the day. If you do plan to bring a child under 10 that is not listed under your RSVP, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We encourage you to use it as a date night!
If your guest is listed under your name when you RSVP, yes! Otherwise, we are unable to accommodate additional guests in order to keep our wedding day as intimate as possible and celebrate with our close friends and family.
Street parking is allowed for free right outside the venue, as well as a parking lot free of charge a very short walk away. Please DO NOT park in front of venue gate, for this will block our vendor access.
The ceremony will be outdoors on the rooftop and weather is generally cold/chilly in February. The reception will be held indoors.
We've got you covered with plenty of non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy (with the exception champagne for toasts) on the house. If you're in the mood for some other options to celebrate with, the bar will be available with additional drink options.
