We have room blocks for both Friday (10/29/21) and Saturday (10/30/21) ** Please note check in isn't until 3:00 pm** If our room block is full....please try the hotel to see if other rooms are available. There are also two other hotels right next to and are walking distance to the Fairfield Inn and Suites. Our shuttle will only be picking up and dropping off at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. Shuttle

We will have a shuttle from the Fairfield Inn & Suites to the Barn at Hornbaker Gardens. The bus will ONLY be picking and dropping off at this hotel location. Please plan accordingly. For those who are not from the area, Ubers will NOT be available so please don't count on them. When we send out our RSVP's we will have a place for you to let us know if you plan on using the shuttle. We want to make sure we plan and accommodate all of our guests so they can get to and from our venue safely! *****Bus will leave by 3:15 pm for the ceremony at 4:00 pm. There will be two shuttle buses. If you do miss the bus, they will make a trip back to ensure all guest have made it to the venue. Buses will continue to make round trips throughout the evening to make sure people get to and from the hotel safely. There is no scheduled leave times from the venue. Overnight parking is allowed at the venue.***** It is roughly a 30-35 minute drive from hotel to Hornbaker Gardens.
