What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins. BE AWARE!! There will be heavy traffic due to the local, annual event "Apple Hill". This will definitely add time to your travel. Add 40-45 extra minutes to the time your GPS provides. Please please please leave early.

3350 Blossom Hill Rd, Placerville CA, 95667 Directions: After passing the Welcome sign, please continue down the gravel road. The parking lot is on the right-hand side.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors.

Will dinner be served?
Answer
Yes! Dinner will be served by The Fry Boys Food Truck. You can access their menu here: https://www.foodtrucksdirect.com/the-fry-boys-1 Guests can choose any item with a side of fries and a drink. When RSVPing, please let us know if you would like a veggie patty.

Will alcohol be served?
Answer
Champagne will be served upon arrival as guests head towards the ceremony. During cocktail hour and dinner, alcohol including beer, wine, and cocktails will be served. This is an open bar event with last call being at 9:45pm.

Can I bring my children?

While we adore your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll enjoy a fun night out with us!

Can i bring a plus one?
Answer
To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are specifically named on the invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be noted on your invitation and RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

can i take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that guests put away their phones and cameras and enjoy this special moment with us. After the ceremony, please feel free to take photos and capture all the fun and celebration!

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 5, 2026. If you can no longer attend after RSVPing, please let us know as soon as possible.
