Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking a short walk from the venue, but it includes some stairs.

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please note any dietary restrictions on your RSVP and we will work with you and our caterer to get an appropriate meal on your plate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. Guests should arrive to be seated by 4:45pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. We recommend suits or mid to floor length dresses. Please also check the weather leading up to the wedding as Cleveland weather in early May can be unpredictable (the wedding is indoors, but there is a short walk to the venue from the parking lot).

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are currently registered at Amazon. Out registry can be accessed through the registry tab on our Zola website or via amazon directly at this address: https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/hudsonbarney25 Additionally, a card box will be available at the reception. If we register at other sites, we will update this answer with the info. No gifts are expected, but we understand and are thankful that folks may want to support us in this way.

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

All guests will be addressed on your save-the-date and invitation envelopes. If we know your guest's name, we will list it on the envelope. If we don't know their name, you will simply see them addressed as "Guest". Due to limited venue size, we could not allocate a plus one for every guest - if you have any specific questions please reach out to us directly so we can avoid any confusion.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The short answer is yes! The longer answer is that similar to the question above, we have addressed the envelopes to indicate who is invited - for our friends and family with kids, you will see your envelopes addressed as "The <insert name> Family" if we reserved a place for your kids. To see specific children listed out, you can look up your last name on the RSVP tab or reach out to us directly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar for cocktail hour and the reception. Please arrange transportation to and from the venue accordingly.

Will the Bride or Groom be changing their name?

Answer

Neither the bride nor the groom will be changing their names.
