FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: Suits, dress pants, blazers (ties optional), dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, and dressy boots are all great choices. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans, distressed fabric, or overly casual attire. Weather will be cooler, so extra layers are encouraged just in case.

Question

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

We recommend comfortable footwear that works well on grass and gravel. Wedges, block heels, flats, or dressy boots tend to work best. Stilettos are not recommended for grassy areas.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Fall weddings are beautiful and evenings can be cool. Daytime temperatures are often mild. After sunset, it can cool down quickly. Layers are encouraged.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking is available on-site and is easy to access via a gravel driveway, well lit in the evening, and located close to the ceremony and reception areas. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time to park and settle in.

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

The reception areas feature turf and pavers, which provide stable walking surfaces. Seating is available throughout the event. If you or someone in your group has specific mobility needs, please let us know ahead of time so accommodations can be considered.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony start time listed on your invitation. This allows time for parking, walking to the ceremony space, and finding your seat.

Question

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes, is permitted on the property.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that guests keep phones and cameras put away so our photographer can capture the moment uninterrupted. Afterward, you're welcome to take all the photos you'd like and soak in the scenery!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore your children, we're keeping our wedding day primarily adults-only. We hope this allows everyone to enjoy a fun and relaxed evening.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

We've chosen to host a dry wedding, so alcohol will not be served. We also ask that guests do not bring outside alcohol to the venue.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we're only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If a plus-one has been included for you, it will appear when you RSVP.
