Our dress code is garden party formal. We’re envisioning light-colored suits or sports jackets for men, and long dresses with refined floral or summery elements for women. Think polished and elevated, but still comfortable for an outdoor ceremony in August.
Yes! Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn beneath a large oak tree. It will be brief (about 20 minutes), and we promise—it’s worth it. In the event of rain, we have a covered backup plan on-site. The reception will take place indoors—with plenty of air conditioning.
Upon arrival, guests may either enter through the clubhouse or head directly from the parking lot to the ceremony lawn behind the terrace. Our team will be there to help direct you—just follow the flow!
Guests are encouraged to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly.
Yes, parking is available on-site in front of the venue. Meet us under the oak tree for the ceremony.

The venue is approximately a 30-minute drive from the hotel blocks. We recommend planning ahead for a safe ride to and from the venue. There are several local rideshare options available.
