Mead Museum / Dakota Territorial Museum
Open from noon until 4:00 pm on Saturday, we have a wonderful museum in town that is housed in one of the historic buildings of the Human Services Center (formerly the Yankton State Hospital) if you are interested in something a little educational before the ceremony on Saturday!
Meridian Bridge
A perfect opportunity to stretch your legs, take in some fresh air, and get a wonderful look of the Missouri River and our town!
Lewis and Clark Lake
Our favorite place to bike or go walking. The bike trail is right along the shore of Lewis and Clark Lake so you get a good view while you're getting some exercise. Really couldn't ask for more!

If you're looking for something fun to do before you head home on Sunday, the Boat House opens up at noon that day and has good food and axe throwing!
