With the world beginning to open up a little bit, Laura had an idea to spend a night downtown. Little did she know that Matt had a surprise waiting for her. She picked out things to do and planned everything, all the while, Matt had his own plans (with Duane's blessing of course). The first thing Laura and Matt did was head down to the river walk.
