Zoom information coming soon!
Thank you all so much for your love and support! We’re thrilled to celebrate this day with you, whether you’re with us in person or joining on Zoom. Although space doesn’t allow us to gather everyone in one place, we’re sending our love and gratitude to each of you for being such an important part of our lives and our journey. 🥰
It all began at a simple picnic. I’d had a long morning and almost skipped it altogether. I didn’t know the host, but a friend invited me and I wanted to keep my word, so I tossed on an old shirt and jeans, grabbed my things, and headed to the park. The picnic was quiet and low-key… until Andrew and his friends showed up. Suddenly the whole vibe changed. They brought all the energy—funny, outgoing, instantly easy to talk to. I enjoyed chatting with them, but honestly didn’t think much of it. I even let them call me by my middle name, Moneé, so there wouldn’t be confusion between me and his best friend, Jaylin. In my mind, I’d never see them again after that day so I didn’t really care. But after the picnic, Andrew invited me and my friends to join their group at a nearby bar. We went, laughed all night, and had one of those unexpectedly fun evenings you never forget. A few days later, we planned a group movie outing, and since Andrew and I were the ones organizing it, we swapped numbers. That’s when the texting started. Now, Andrew and his friends swear I spent the entire movie on my phone—but I promise I was just hungry and looking for food, and I had already seen the movie! Either way, it didn’t scare him off. That night was the beginning of a real friendship. We bonded over our shared love for boba tea, and soon he invited me to a “group” boba outing that mysteriously only had four people. Suspicious… but very fun. It wasn’t quite a date, but it was definitely the start of something. As we spent more time together, I learned how compassionate, generous, and selfless he is—always putting others first. Then he asked me on our first official date to Puttshack, and from that moment on, we were pretty much inseparable. From service days and movie nights to boba runs and spontaneous day trips, we’ve made so many sweet memories together. I fell in love with his goofy smile, his corny jokes, and the warmth in his eyes. In January 2024, Andrew asked me to be his girlfriend—and a year and a half later, in July 2025, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I never want to spend a moment without him, so of course I said yes. Now here we are, getting ready to say “I do,” surrounded by the friends and family who’ve been cheering us on since the very beginning. I’m counting down the days until I finally get to call him my husband. ❤️
Me and my friends got invited to this random picnic one day. We didn’t know a single person there, so we were all a little skeptical—like, are we even going to have fun? But somehow the night turned out way better than we expected. After the picnic ended, it was still early, and we weren’t ready to go home. So we invited a few of the new people we met to keep hanging out and found a spot nearby. We all hung out, laughed, talked, and had a good time. One of the girls names was Jaelynn, but I never called her by her name cuz one of my best friends name is the same. Instead, we called her by her middle name, Monee. What I didn’t know then was that this girl would end up being my future wife. We decided to hang out again and go to the movies. The whole time, Monee was on her phone—pretty sure we bored her—but me and my friends were having the time of our lives, hahaha. Even then, I still found her interesting, and the more we talked after that night, the more I wanted to know her. Eventually, I asked her to get boba with me. She swears that wasn’t our first date, but trust me… it was. She just didn’t know it yet. We had a great time, and after that we went on more dates—like Putt Shack, which she claims is our real first date 👀 but deep down… we know the truth. Before long, I asked her to be my girlfriend. We went on little trips, laughed together, made memories, and started meeting each other’s families. Somewhere in all of that, I fell deeply, completely in love with her. I knew she was the woman I wanted forever. So I made a plan. I took her to a beautiful flower garden—one of those perfect spots, even though it was hot that day. I got down on one knee and asked her to marry me. She said something about her nails, so I took that as a yes… and thankfully, I was right. Now May 31st is coming soon, and that’s the day I get to marry the love of my life. I can’t wait to start forever with her. 💍
