What is the dress code?

For our beach wedding in Mexico, we encourage a relaxed yet stylish look that’s perfect for the seaside setting. * **Women:** Light, flowy dresses in SOFT colors. Comfortable sandals or wedges. * **Men:** Lightweight button-down shirts (linen or cotton) paired with khakis or black slacks. No polo shirts. Boat shoes, loafers; NO FLIP FLOPS. A casual blazer is optional. Please avoid wearing white or anything too casual (like flip-flops or sneakers). Comfort is key—keep it chic, but practical for a semi-formal beach wedding!

Although we love the little ones, this is an adults only wedding.

How far is the resort from the airport?

The resort is about an hour from away. Transportation will be provided when booking your room!

Where am I staying?

The all-inclusive resort is Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal. Please reference the "Travel" tab!

When should I arrive? When should I leave?

Answer

Guests should arrive no later than Thursday afternoon to allocate time for any unexpected travel delays. Guests are welcome to arrive and stay as long as they would like, this is your vacation too!! Madison and Dylan will arrive to the resort on Wednesday the 26.

Where is the wedding?

The private wedding venue is about 30 minutes from the resort. Private transportation is already set up; grab a drink and enjoy the ride (:

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm, guests should arrive no later than 4 pm. The reception will last til 11 pm. Private transportation is provided. Guests should meet in the lobby no later than 3:15 pm.
