🌲 Wedding Weekend Schedule – Yosemite Valley
Thursday – Arrival Day
Check-In – Most guests will arrive at Yosemite Valley Lodge in the afternoon.
Casual Welcome Dinner – Join us at Base Camp Eatery for a relaxed dinner with anyone who’s here.
Time will depend on arrival schedules—come by whenever you get in!
Friday – Exploring the Valley
Morning & Afternoon – Enjoy breakfast and lunch at your leisure; there are many great eateries throughout the valley.
We’d love to get out for some short hikes with the family.
5:15 PM – Rehearsal Dinner at The Mountain Room, Yosemite Valley Lodge.
Saturday – Wedding Day!
Morning & Afternoon – Breakfast and lunch will be casual and flexible.
3:00 PM – Mark & Rachel meet the photographer.
5:00 PM – Everyone meets at the Yosemite Chapel.
5:30 PM – Wedding Ceremony begins.
After the ceremony – Group photos with family and friends.
7:15 PM – Dinner and celebration at The Ahwahnee Dining Room.
Sunday – Farewell
10:00 AM – Base Camp Eatery.
