Please RSVP by March 31, 2025 to secure your spot for the wedding! You can RSVP through the Zola website under the "RSVP" section.
We will miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending".
In order to maximize the number of family and friends invited, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you were given a plus one, your invitation will be addressed *Your Name* "And Guest".
We appreciate your kids' excitement for us, however, this is an adults-only wedding. We hope you use this as an opportunity to have a night or weekend away to make beautiful memories with your partner! However, kids are more than welcome to attend the brunch the following day.
The dress code is black tie optional. For gents, this means tuxedos or suits. For ladies, black tie optional consists of full-length dresses and formal attire that falls below the knee.
Yes! We have booked a hotel block at The Thayer Hotel. Please contact the hotel at (845) 446-4731 and request nightly rates under the Hrabsky-Mattutat Wedding weekend.
Westchester County Airport (HPN), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) are all about 1 hour away from The Thayer Hotel via car. If you are flying in, renting a car or taking the Metro North (MTA) train to Peekskill (followed by a short Uber) is always an option.
The average daily high temperature in West Point is mid-to-high 70 degrees with lows of 60s.
The Thayer and Saint Theresa’s will have plenty of parking spots for anybody that will have a car. If you are interested in the hotel valet, that option will be available upon request.
Yes! We are planning welcome drinks in General Patton’s Tavern, found in the lobby of The Thayer Hotel. We plan on arriving around 8PM from our rehearsal dinner, but if you are planning on arriving Friday, you can expect to check-in, freshen up, and come downstairs for a fun meet-and-greet!
At this time, there will be no transportation provided between The Thayer Hotel and Saint Theresa's. Please Note: The church is about a 35-minute drive from the hotel, so please allow plenty of time for travel and plan accordingly! Feel free to reach out if you run into any trouble, we want everyone to be present at every event and will do everything we can to help you get there on time, with no stress!
Yes! Weather permitting, the cocktail hour and the rooftop after-party will be outdoors.
Yes! We are planning a post-wedding brunch in MacArthur’s Riverview Restaurant, found on the first floor of The Thayer Hotel. Brunch is by reservation seating ONLY and reservations will only be accepted AFTER January 1st. We plan on attending the 10:30AM seating. We would love for you to join us - please call the Thayer for reservations and pricing.
To get to the Thayer, you technically need to go through West Point’s first gate, which requires no security clearance. However, if you would like to access the main campus, you must drive through the second gate which requires a pre-approved security clearance at least two weeks in advance OR visiting the Visitors Center with TWO valid forms of ID (I.e. passport and license, note we are unsure if the license needs to be a real ID or not). Please call either the Thayer or West Point visitors center for more details.
If you have any additional questions, please email us at hrabsky.mattutat@gmail.com or text/call Christian at (516) 382-8471. We are so excited to celebrate with you!
