When should I book my travel and accommodation?

Answer

To make things easier (and cheaper!), it’s best to book your flights and stay as soon as you’re able.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Everyone will be heading to Langebaan on their own, so travel plans will look different. We suggest driving up — renting a car works great too. Everything is close once you’re there.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5 pm, so try to arrive by 4:30pm to get settled and seated.

What is the dress code

Answer

Beach Chic It is a beach wedding so think dressy but relaxed. It’ll be warm, so pick light fabrics and breezy outfits. And don’t worry — sandals are more than fine!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony & Cocktail: These will be outdoors, so please bring an umbrella, sunscreen, and a hat to keep cool in the sun. If it rains, don’t worry — we’ll have an indoor plan ready. Reception: The reception will be held indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are totally welcome! Just make sure to RSVP for them too so we know the right numbers for catering.

I have a dietary requirement, can I make a special request?

Answer

We’ll have a buffet for dinner so there is something for everyone. Just give us a heads-up if you have a specific food allergy or any other dietary requirements.
