The ceremony will take place at The Hillcrest Estate. The reception will be held at the same location directly after. Venue address is 1940 Craig Rd, Pavilion, NY 14525
There is plenty of parking available at the venue. Overnight parking is reserved for those in the Wedding Party who are staying on site.
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.
Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party.
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for the evening. For women, think floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. For men, suits, or button-down shirts and dress pants are appropriate. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue's vibe and the weather. If you're unsure, it's always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed! The wedding will be taking place in the fall, so fall color palettes are encouraged!
Outdoor! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. The ceremony will be on grass, so please be cautious when wearing heels.
You will be missed! If you are unable to attend the wedding, please notify us as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
