Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Colorful cocktail wear is requested. Cocktail attire for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit; a tuxedo is not required. For ladies, a floor length, midi length, or tea-length dress or pantsuit is appropriate. Please feel free to have fun with your attire, and wear your favorite, bold color! Please no jeans or sneakers! We also ask that guests avoid shades of cream, ivory, or white that are reserved for the bride. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the wedding invitations. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones as much as you do! However we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.
We ask that all guests arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony time. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM so plan to arrive by 3:45 PM at the latest. You may certainly arrive earlier to allow time for parking, chatting with other guests, and finding your seat. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.
Yes! There is plenty of parking available on-site at Rolling Rails Lodge. A late night shuttle is available to guests at the end of the evening as well. If you choose to leave your car overnight, we ask that you return to pick it up by 10 AM on Sunday the 27th.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, partially under cover. The reception will take place indoors.
