We first met at Western Carolina University as two sophomores in college on a random night in August of 2020. Little did we know that we had met our soulmates in that tiny apartment that night in our mountain town. From nights at the land with our Theta Xi family, house dinners at the Prospects, and road trips between Charlotte and Newton, our years at WCU laid a foundation of becoming each other's best friend, choosing one another first each and every day. Two graduations, moves to Hickory, new jobs, and four years later and Ethan finally popped the question, keeping the promise we first made to one another at 18 years old; to spend the rest of our lives together. We are beyond blessed to have the unconditional support of our family and friends and cannot wait to call one another husband and wife!
