Our wedding date is still set for September 12, 2020. However, based on recommendations from the CDC, state of Massachusetts, and other health advisories, we'll be shrinking the size of our wedding to include only family members. We're sad about this decision, but we want to make sure our wedding is as safe as possible for everyone involved. We've changed the location of our wedding from the Herb Lyceum in Groton, MA (which was listed on your Save the Date) to the Herveys' home in Framingham, MA. Also, to all our guests: if you have any concerns about traveling or being in a group of ~15 other people, we absolutely understand if you choose not to attend. We feel your love and support regardless of your physical presence with us. :) Your health and safety is SO much more important than any sort of obligations you might feel - so if you feel nervous at all, we want you to know that we support you staying safe and staying home.
We still hoping to celebrate our marriage with friends when we're able, so we're aiming to plan a celebration with friends in a year or two. Stay tuned for more details!
All aspects of our wedding celebrations will take place outdoors. We'll also be spacing out tables and seating, and providing guests with masks and hand sanitizer.
Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin. We'll have snacks for you to nibble on while you wait.
Right now, we do not have plans to live stream our wedding online. However, we'll do our best to take plenty of photos and video and will share those!
We kindly ask that any guests who would like to make a gift to donate directly to Oxfam America or Pine Street Inn instead. Thank you so much!
