If you are staying at or near the Hilton Garden Inn, Elk Grove, we will be having a shuttle bus come to pick you up and drop you off. Please let us know if you will partake in THIS shuttle (there is different shuttle for the Ryde Hotel).
4:30 pm - 11:45 pm
Shuttle will run at 5PM, please let us know if you are planning to stay at the hotel and would like to partake in the shuttle to and from the venue. The Ryde hotel is the closest, it is a historic hotel so very basic comforts, the hotel bar will stay open as long as there is business.
6:00 pm
Cocktail Attire, Black Tie Optional: Cocktail dresses (short or long), dressy jumpsuits, suites, tuxes, dark jackets and slacks
To take place in front gardens (paved, so wearing heels will be fine), followed by an air conditioned tent and then courtyard dancing. Parking is available.
