When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by May 9 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by then we will assume that you won't be able to attend. We will miss celebrating with you but it is important that we provide the correct head count to our vendors!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4:30 pm so we recommend you arrive by 4:00 pm to allow time for parking and seating. There is parking on site at the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual! We ask that you don't wear white or green as that is what the wedding party will be wearing. It will be hot so no ties or jackets required, but no flip flops or t-shirts please!

Are kids welcome to attend?

Answer

Everyone invited will be on the invite and listed online, or listed as the Smith family.

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

If you were invited with a plus one that will be indicated on your invite as well as the RSVP webiste.

What if I have allergies/dieting accommodations?

Answer

Indicate this on your RSVP and we will accommodate you. The venue takes allergies very seriously. You can also email the bride and groom at emrosswedding26@gmail.com

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is not! There is a shuttle service called Shakin’ Shuttle it will go to all the hotels under the travel tab or you can order an uber!

Can guests take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests are unplugged during the ceremony and enjoy that moment with us.
