For all of our guests who are traveling for the evening, we will have rooms blocked at two hotels in Hutchinson, KS. Rooms are limited so we recommend booking as soon as possible! Please see the "Lodging" tab for links to each hotel and further details.
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive by 5pm to allow time for parking and seating.
The ceremony will take place outdoors in a large area beside the venue. The reception will be indoors with the option to move outdoors throughout the evening. Given it will be the end of September, be prepared for cooler weather potentially!
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those who are listed in your party when you select "RSVP". If you have any questions, please reach out to (316)516-9631.
Yes! We will be serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. While it is an open bar, the bartenders do accept tips. Please note: Alcohol will only be served to guest 21+ and you must have a valid ID to be served!
The recommended attire is "Semi-Formal". We know picking wedding guest attire can be a daunting task so we put together a couple Pinterest boards if anyone is needing inspiration! See "attire" tab for hyperlinks to these boards if you chose to do so.
