When should I RSVP by?

January 31, 2023 (Sooner the better!!) If your asking this now, you are way late.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our registry is available on the wedding website you are on now, just click the Registry tab at the top of the page!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4pm. Hors d'oeuvres start at 3pm. Please arrive no later than 3:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, somewhere between Formal/Black Tie Optional and Cocktail attire. (There will be heat lamps, but this is an outdoor venue on a mountain so it may be a bit cold later in the evening)

Can I bring a date?

All plus ones are pre-assigned. Sorry weddings are expensive and we are doing our best here 😅

Are kids welcome?

Please refer to your invite for specific attendance, but please no kids under 13.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will have a block of rooms at the Hilton Santa Cruz / Scott's Valley. Please look at the travel tab on the website for details!

What are the meal choices/how do I make my meal choice?

Answer

The wedding will be buffet style, the following will be available on our menu: 1. Hors D'oeuvres - Arancini and Wild Mushroom Puff Pastry 2. Salads - Butter Lettuce Salad with Apples and Champagne Shallot Vinaigrette 3. Entrees - Butternut Squash Risotto, Black Truffle Gnocchi, and Stuffed Chicken Breast

Will there be Booze?

Answer

Beer and Wine will be available at the bar stations during the reception. There is also a cash bar, so if you would like liquor, please plan accordingly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are two parking lots at the venue, and there is additional parking nearby if those fill up.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not, but it is about a 10min drive, so Uber/Lyft should be inexpensive or there is parking available at the ceremony site.

What if Zac and Sarah didn't answer my question?

Answer

We have phones, and we do in fact know how to answer them, usually.
