Maid of Honor
Katie's best friend from college, known for her complex themed parties and her infamous "Jenna Stories" there is no one else that can tell a (usually quiet loud) story like Jenna! Even though she lives in Portland, Katie and Jenna make sure to plan enough trips so they don't have to go more than a couple months without being together. One of my favorite memories with Jenna probably has to be our trip to Mexico. While we were there we booked what we thought was a normal zip line tour that ended up being a 6 hour adventure that included riding donkeys, scaling water falls, and zip lining in the forrest. We ended up laughing our asses off because Jenna got paired up with the most insane donkey of the bunch who kept trying to bite the other donkeys and run away from the group. So you could say our beer burros are an ode to her donkey "Pendejo" (which i literally just learned translates to stupid while googling how to spell it).

Jessica and Katie have been best friends since the 3rd Grade. I was new to school and Jessica took me under her wings and let me know my temporary tattoos needed to be washed off and that my skinny strap shirt was not per the dress code. We then ended up setting up shop on the playground where we told everyone we were busy making tortillas in our tortilla factory. That's when our friendship quickly started to blossom however don't ask her what happened to our shared rock that is a dispute we will never settle. She did start bending the rules as she got older though, one of my favorite memories is when she once made a fake obituary for her "cousin" and used our classmates photo on it to get out of work at Harkin's. She also would test our choir teacher by putting random things like "I love peanut butter" randomly in the middle of her essays to prove our choir teacher wasn't reading our essays when she graded them.

Alyssa and Katie met in College after she started dating her now husband, Josh. Katie used to visit Alyssa and Josh in Seattle until they finally moved back to Arizona! Since they have been back in AZ, Alyssa has become one of my closest friends. There have been too many memories made over the years from celebrating 30th birthdays in Seattle, weddings, and now their baby, Harper. However if I had to pick a memory it would be after a morning of unlimited mimosas. Alyssa picked Taylor Swift on the jute box annoying the usual biker crowd at a dive bar in old town while we all then screamed the lyrics at the top of our lungs and then had to borrow pliers from the bartender to get her credit card out of the wrong slot in the machine.

Katie and Emily met at their first sales job in Pasadena, CA. At the time I called her my "little sister" as I was assigned to be her sales mentor when she first started. Quickly that changed and Emily became one of my best friends, I even got her to leave our old job and join me at Cisco after I left! My favorite thing about Emily is that she loves traveling and being with her friends, even at her own expense. After not 1 but 3 ski trips being dubbed the "green bunny" for only skiing on the bunny hills after a series of tough falls we all witnessed from the bottom of the mountain, somehow we keep convincing Emily to come back and each time she comes back ready to have fun with her friends and also with a new ski suit. We should really change her title to Best Dressed Green Bunny.
