Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please make childcare arrangements so that you + your spouse are able to indulge in a well-deserved date night.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please note that each invitation is addressed specifically to each guest who is invited. If there is not a plus one indicated on your invitation, please do not bring a guest. If you have questions or concerns about bringing a plus one, please reach out to the bride or groom.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 26th, 2023. Please include your dinner entrée selection to ensure our caterer accommodates for enough meals of preference.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Men, a sleek dress shirt and slacks will do the trick. Ladies, a killer jumpsuit or cocktail dress with refined accessories and comfortable shoes will be appropriate. Remember, we will be dancing the night away! Please refrain from wearing denim.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:30-345pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be designated shuttle times from the Tru by Hilton hotel to the ceremony and from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the night! If you plan on driving & parking at The Lageret, please note all vehicles must be picked up by 9am Sunday morning. The shuttles to the ceremony will arrive at The Lageret at 3:30 and 3:45. The shuttles back to the hotel from The Lageret will be at 10:30, 11:00 and 11:30.

What are the dinner options?

1. Wedding Day Salmon sous vide in sugar, soy, garlic and ginger served with tricolor fingerlings roasted in olive oil, rosemary, dill and chive along with miso glazed carrots. 2. 16 Hour Smoked Brisket served with tricolor fingerlings roasted in olive oil, rosemary, dill and chive along with miso glazed carrots. 3. Earth Oven Whole Chicken served with tricolor fingerlings roasted in olive oil, rosemary, dill and chive along with miso glazed carrots.
