. It all started at Freehold High School in Culinary class. We both had some sort of passion for the culinary world at young ages. We didn’t speak to each other till Junior year when we had the same period. But, we didn’t really start talking till Senior year when we had to work together as a team and run the school’s restaurant for a week. We exchanged phone numbers and that was that! Soon after, Jake and my friends rigged up a beautiful promposal. Yes, I cried and cried. We were soon dating before the prom arrived. Then came College decisions. Of course we both went on to Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island to pursue different majors. Him Sports Management and myself Culinary and Food Service Management. We then graduated both High School and College together! After college, we both lived at home for a few years. We worked our butts off, saved up our money and bought a place of our own. From there, our careers and lives took off. From the beginning, we have always been together. We live with a jovial sense of fun and our spirit together is amazing. Our time together consists of going to NJ Devils games, playing cards, ping pong and spending time with family. We also love spending time with our new cat Sylvie! We work tireless hours but always make it work! After almost 9 years, we can't wait to celebrate the first day of the rest of our lives with family and friends!
