The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, please arrive to the venue around 4-4:45pm but no earlier than 3:30pm. Please be aware that the wedding party and the bride will be walking down the aisle at 5:00pm, so please make sure to arrive accordingly.
Yes! We will have a BBQ buffet served by the venue at the reception. Dinner includes a signature salad, rolls + butter, seasoned green beans, macaroni and cheese, ranch beans, boneless smoked chicken, and smoked brisket. We will also be serving a small chips and salsa snack during cocktail hour.
We will have open bar service with beer, wine and cocktails, including a special signature cocktail. Soda, juices, water and a tea station will also be available.
Parking is free and is relatively close to the ceremony/ reception areas.
We kindly request that you keep your adorable children at home. As much as we love them, this will be an adults only event.
During the ceremony, we kindly request that all phones are put away and put on silent. This is allow for the best photos from our lovely photographer, and for all of our guest to be able to be present and enjoy the moment. Please no photos at the ceremony. At the reception we would love to see all of your photos from our special day and will provide a QR code for guests to send us the best!
We will be serving the most delicious cupcakes provided by a local bakery and we cannot wait for everyone to try them! At this time we have restrictive dietary options on our menu.
There are great Air Bnb options near Aubrey as well as hotels in surrounding cities. There are also a variety of hotels and places to stay near our home in Fairview, and Allen, Texas. Since the venue is in a rural area, we recommend renting a vehicle if visiting from out of town as Ubers may not be available.
