The shuttle will be running from the hotel to the venue starting at 3:30. The reception starts at 4 and will run for about 30 minutes. Then we will have a cocktail hour followed by dinner. There will be a live band and dance following dinner running until midnight. The shuttle will be going back and forth between the venue and the hotel all night. 

P.S. There will be a kids room where we will have movies playing, a wii, candy, and other activities, so feel free to bring your kids and enjoy the live music!
