Please RSVP via our wedding website! Please have your RSVP in by August 15, 2023. If you do not RSVP, you will not be seated on our seating chart and may end up separated from your family. It's very important to us that all of our guests RSVP.
Please check your invitation, if you see "Family" or "Guest" then the answer is yes! If your card was addressed solely to you, the answer is unfortunately no. We have very limited seating in our reception hall, so please do not bring a guest if you were not granted a plus one. The easiest way to tell is by filling out your RSVP on our website, your entire party will populate and you will be able to see who is invited. If you'd like a direct answer, feel free to contact Rachel and she will let you know your invitation status.
We’re hosting a semi formal event. There’s no need to wear a tux, but also please don’t wear sweatpants! A dress shirt and pants are perfectly acceptable. A skirt, long or short dress is perfect for the occasion! Please avoid jeans.
Please do not wear all black or white! This is a autumn themed wedding so fall attire is preferred, but not required!
Both! Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather dependent, and our reception will be held indoors.
Seating will begin at 3:15PM and our ceremony will start at exactly 4PM. There is a large parking lot, where you will park and be escorted via golf cart to our ceremony space. Once the ceremony is over, our golf cart drivers will take you to our reception space, where you can enjoy our hosted cocktail hour before our first dance and dinner!
No, we will not be providing transportation to or from Gold Mountain. However, there will be transportation in between our ceremony and reception space.
For the first hour after our ceremony, the bar will be open. After that first hour, beer and wine will still be hosted, but you will have to pay for any cocktails, mixed drinks, and hard alcohol.
Yes of course! Take as many pictures as you like! We will have a QR code at each table in our reception hall, where you will be able to upload any photos you take into our Google drive! We'd love to have any and all pictures you take of our special day!
Of course! We will have a designated table for all gifts and cards!
Kenny and I will be making our exit at 9:50PM. Everyone needs to be out of the venue by exactly 10PM, so please keep that in mind!
