Question

Who Is Invited? Can I Bring a Plus 1?

Answer

We are bound to a strict guest count, therefore we are only able to accommodate the guest(s) listed on your invitation by RSVP only. We appreciate your understanding.

Are My Children Invited?

Answer

To give all of our guests the opportunity to celebrate this special occasion without having to worry about little eyes and ears, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our lovely ring bearer and flower girl. We apologize that this may be inconvenient for families with young children, but we hope that the ample notice provides enough time to make arrangements so that you are able to join us in celebrating our special day.

Will Transportation be Provided to Nearby Hotels?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the Holiday Inn Hotel (see Travel page), where we have reserved a hotel block for our wedding. If you choose to stay at a different hotel, transportation will not be provided. Please note that there is free parking at the venue and you are more than welcome to drive, but cars may not remain at the venue overnight. Ubers and Lyfts are sparse in this rural area, so please plan accordingly.

When/How Should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by 5/10/2025 using this wedding website. The RSVP tab will be located at the top right of this page after formal invitations have been mailed. The RSVP tab will not be visible or available until formal invitations are distributed. We are sharing our website alongside Save the Dates for travel & planning purposes. Thank you kindly for your understanding.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

The is a semi-formal event, so we kindly ask that guests dress accordingly. Please note that the ceremony will be held outside in a grassy area. Below are some ideas/examples for potential attire options. These options serve only as guidance, not a strict dress code. Men Attire: Suit or dress slacks with a button-down shirt or polo Shoes: Dress shoes, loafers, clean boots Women Attire: Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, skirt and blouse, blouse and dress slacks, maxi dresses Shoes: Flats, sandals, heels

What about Transportation?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the Holiday Inn ONLY. More information will be provided on specific run times closer to the event. If you are not staying at the Holiday Inn, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Ubers and Lyfts are limited in the area, and leaving your car at the venue overnight is not permitted. Please plan accordingly.

What Kind of Food Will be Served?

Answer

Dinner will be provided by Mission BBQ. If you have a dietary restriction such as vegetarian/vegan, please indicate so on your RSVP so that an alternative option can be arranged and provided for you.

Is There Parking Available at the Venue?

Answer

Ample parking is available on-site at the venue; however, cars cannot be left at the venue over night. If you plan to drive to the venue, please plan on having a designated driver to get you home safely.

Will the Ceremony be Outdoors or Indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, pending any weather-related changes. The reception will be held indoors.
